Kerstin Neuhaus-Ameti
founded the OSUCAS GmbH in 2010.
Before taking the path to independence Mrs. Neuhaus-Ameti operate more than 25 years at OSU-Maschinenbau GmbH (later Sulzer Metco OSU GmbH). Here they took care primarily about the arc metal spray customers from all over the world.
After the successful completion of the education as an industrial clerk her main activities were focused on sales in the company.
Already as an employee, it was important for Mrs. Neuhaus-Ameti that the needs and possibilities of customers are in the foreground and a solution is found on that basis. This philosophy is now continued in her own company.
The many years of experience, comprehensive expertise and the entire knowledge of the needs and requirements of the customers form the solid foundation of her business activities.
Since 2011 Mrs. Neuhaus-Ameti is a part of the expert team for the “Unternehmerinnenbrief” North Rhine-Westphalia of the region Emscher-Lippe.
With the “Unternehmerinnenbrief” strong start-ups and stable companies are honored. In 10 regions in NRW founders and entrepreneurs can apply for this award.
The founder / entrepreneur presents herself and her concept to an experienced group of professionals with good contacts.
The team of experts reviews the concept of the candidates and provides after a personal presentation substantiated feedback, critical judgments and important information for the next steps. The team decides after the presentation whether the concept is viable and sustainable. A majority of positive evaluation is typically followed by awarding the prize.
